Preparing, issuing and delivering the document.

  1. Select the parties

Reuse the saved details of the contractual consignor, actual carrier and vehicles.

  2. Check and issue

Complete the origin, destination, date, goods and any other applicable details. Issue the PDF before the service actually starts.

  3. Provide the copies

One copy is for the contractual consignor and another for the actual carrier, who must carry it on board. The QR code downloads the PDF directly.

Administrative control document details.

Article 6 of Order FOM/2861/2012 sets out the document's contents. The details must correspond to the shipment being carried out.

Amendments during the service.

Record the new details and the reason for the change. The PDF retains the previous details marked as no longer valid and keeps the same link and QR code. The updated copy must be delivered to the driver.

Repeat creates an independent draft for another service or shipment. Amend updates the issued document for the existing service or shipment.

Scope of application

The administrative control document is required for domestic road freight transport for hire or reward in Spain, including cabotage, subject to the exemptions in Order FOM/2861/2012. International transport and the specific documentation for dangerous goods, waste or other activities require separate checks.
