Questions about plans
Does the free plan have an end date?
It is not a trial. It includes 20 documents each calendar month, resetting at 00:00 on the 1st, mainland Spain time.
What uses the allowance?
Issuing a new document. Preparing a draft, amending or downloading an issued document and checking its QR code do not use your allowance. Repeating uses one unit when you issue the new document.
What happens when my allowance runs out?
You receive alerts at 80%, 90% and 100% usage. You can upgrade your plan or buy additional documents. When your allowance runs out, you cannot issue new documents; issued documents remain accessible.
Are there automatic charges for exceeding the allowance?
No. Additional documents are purchased in advance and moving to a paid plan requires your confirmation. Your chosen subscription renews monthly until you cancel it.
How does the allowance renew?
The free plan resets on the 1st. Paid plans follow their billing period. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over; the balance of additional documents remains.
What happens when I change plans?
The payment gateway displays the amount and the change date. The allowance applies when payment is confirmed. Usage is retained within the same period; changing plans does not delete issued documents or return additional units already used.
Does each company have its own allowance?
Yes. You can manage several companies from the same account; each retains its own allowance, documents, permissions and payments.
Are WhatsApp, photo and voice input, and external verification included?
The allowance covers issuing documents. Services with external costs will be purchased separately. Photo and voice input and external verification are awaiting integration.
